Fleet managers at an AFMA conference were surveyed about their biggest challenges and most valued benefits. The top three challenges were accurate cost reporting (24%), managing fleet maintenance costs (18%), and pool vehicle management (16%). The top three valued benefits were better driver behavior (41%), obtaining reduced pricing and extra controls over fleet spending (30%), and improved/accurate cost reporting (26%). The survey provides insight into the key pain points and priorities of fleet managers.
