My career pretty much started with a steep learning curve in a sales role in the vehicle leasing and fleet industry, where I soon discovered that I loved working in sales and thrived on the experience of delighting my customers and working towards excelling at my targets. Over a number of years (its gone so quickly) I moved up to more senior sales roles for well-known organisations such as GE and Lloyds Bank. Eventually after thinking about it for years, I decided to go it alone and start my own business.
