Solution in US the decision making is decentralized one, but in Netherland it is centralized one in US the teams are self managed teams, these teams can manage the work and completes the work. but in Netherlands the team will be leaded, monitor and controlled by the manager. in US the work hours and assignments are flexible, but in Netherlands they are fixed. in US the communication among the employees and management is open level, but in Netherlands it is formal and top to bottom or vice versa. in US people are work holics and they only prefers to work. they does not concern about the relations at work place and carry forward the personal relations. but the Netherland people gives high priority to relations along with work. employees who works in US they looks for entertainment at work place and they prefer to have breaks during the work. but in Netherland it is completely different, people does not like to take breaks during work..
