Carbohydrates: They provide the readily available source of energy for the body, i.e. the glucose. They are necessary to maintain the normal blood glucose levels. 2). Proteins: Proteins are digested to provide amino acids, which are the major structural components of muscles and are also necessary for tissue growth and repair process. 3). Fats: It is the long-term energy reserve of the body. The adipose tissue preserve the body heat and also act as a storage site for fat soluble vitamins. 4). Vitamins: Vitamins are the vital micronutrients that act as co-enzymes necessary to promote a chemical reaction to occur. They participate in several of the biochemical reactions of the body. There are two types of vitamins present in our body namely water soluble and fat soluble proteins. Vitamins B complex and vitamin C are water soluble vitamins and vitamins A, D, E and K are fat soluble vitamins. 5). Minerals and electrolytes: Minerals are inorganic molecules, they are the “micronutrients” essential for normal biochemical reactions to occur. Electrolytes are the charged molecules (Na+, K+, Cl-) that play a key role in maintain the fluid volume. Minerals such as calcium and magnesium are also the structural constituents of the body tissues. 6). Water: It is the major constituent of blood, which is the transport media in the body. What is the nutrient? Nutrients are any substances that the body requires to perform work and which provide energy to do work. The most common functions of nutrients are: they provide energy, make body structure, and maintain chemical processes in the body. There are two main types of nutrients, macronutrients (proteins, carbohydrates, and fats) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals). We eat nutrients not only because we are hungry but also because all the daily routine movements, like walking, dancing, talking, and even watching TV or playing games also need energy. Humans need many nutrients, some of which the body synthesizes called non-essential nutrients, and which the body cannot synthesize are called essential nutrients.
Types of nutrients: requirement basis
Nutrients can be divided into two categories on the basis of body requirements, which are macronutrients and micronutrients.
1- Macronutrients: (macro means large) Macronutrients are those nutrients that the body requires eventually in larger quantities to function well to provide energy. E.g.: carbohydrates, proteins, fats.
2- Micronutrients: (micro means small) those nutrients which the body requires a small amount to perform vital works. need in milligrams or micrograms to energize the body. E.g.: vitamins (A, B, D, E, K) and minerals (calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, chloride, magnesium, iron, zinc, iodine, chromium, copper, fluoride, molybdenum, manganese, and selenium).

A definitive experiment was Young\'s double slit experiment, which demonstrated that light
shined at two slits in a screen show an interference pattern characteristic of waves of light, rather
than particles. The principle behind this phenomenon is diffraction of light due to this any point
source of light spreads and behaves like a light source.
In the early 19th century, English scientist Thomas Young carried out the famous double-slit
experiment (also known as Young\'s experiment), which demonstrated that a beam of light, when
split into two beams and then recombined, will show interference effects that can only be
explained by assuming that light is a wavelike disturbance. If light consisted strictly of ordinary
or classical particles, and these particles were fired in a straight line through a slit and allowed to
strike a screen on the other side, we would expect to see a pattern corresponding to the size and
shape of the slit. However, when this single-slit experiment is actually performed, the pattern on
the screen is a diffraction pattern in which the light is spread out. The smaller the slit, the greater
the angle of spread.Similarly, if light consisted strictly of classical particles and we illuminated
two parallel slits, the expected pattern on the screen would simply be the sum of the two single-
slit patterns. In actuality, however, the pattern changes to one with a series of alternating light
and dark bands. When Thomas Young first demonstrated this phenomenon, it indicated that light
consists of waves, as the distribution of brightness can be explained by the alternately additive
and subtractive interference of wavefronts.
b) Photoelectric effect Experiment
When light is shined on clean sodium metal in vacuum then ejection of electrons was observed.
Analysis of data from the photoelectric experiment showed that the energy of the ejected
electrons was proportional to the frequency of the illuminating light. This showed that whatever
was knocking the electrons out had an energy proportional to light frequency. The remarkable
fact that the ejection energy was independent of the total energy of illumination showed that the
interaction must be like that of a particle which gave all of its energy to the electron!
c) and d) Feynman\'s double-slit experiment
In Feynman\'s double-slit thought-experiment, a specific material is randomly directed at a wall
which has two small slits that can be opened and closed at will -- some of the material gets
blocked and some passes through the slits, depending on which ones are open.

income being an issue, few ex-slaves had the ability to own land. According to the 1880 Census,

Johnson declared that, “Befo’ de war, niggers did have a place to lie down at night and
somewhere to eat, when they got hungry in slavery time.”
This prevalent poverty among ex-slaves during the Reconstruction Era resulted in a lack of
nourishment and medical care which in turn caused a high mortality rate for African Americans,
especially children. Illness left former slaves with the burden of unpaid medical bills or the
inability to access proper medical care. Deficiencies caused African Americans to resort to the
treatment of diseases with herbal and home remedies. The 1900 Census reveals 30 per 1,000
blacks died each year as opposed to only 17 per 1,000 whites.
Death as a result of poverty was not the only thing that affected a slave’s life in the tough times
of the post Civil War era. Ex-slaves were weakened by a severe sense of isolation brought on by
separation from their families. Sales of slaves, the death of owners, and the presentation of slaves
as gifts during the pre- Civil War era were only some of the reasons for this division. Alienation
and loneliness dampened the spirit of these slaves’ new found freedom and made the fight to
survive that much harder.

Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

- 1. What are the six classes of nutrients and there functions? Solution The six primary nutrients and their functions are given below: 1). Carbohydrates: They provide the readily available source of energy for the body, i.e. the glucose. They are necessary to maintain the normal blood glucose levels. 2). Proteins: Proteins are digested to provide amino acids, which are the major structural components of muscles and are also necessary for tissue growth and repair process. 3). Fats: It is the long-term energy reserve of the body. The adipose tissue preserve the body heat and also act as a storage site for fat soluble vitamins. 4). Vitamins: Vitamins are the vital micronutrients that act as co-enzymes necessary to promote a chemical reaction to occur. They participate in several of the biochemical reactions of the body. There are two types of vitamins present in our body namely water soluble and fat soluble proteins. Vitamins B complex and vitamin C are water soluble vitamins and vitamins A, D, E and K are fat soluble vitamins. 5). Minerals and electrolytes: Minerals are inorganic molecules, they are the “micronutrients” essential for normal biochemical reactions to occur. Electrolytes are the charged molecules (Na+, K+, Cl-) that play a key role in maintain the fluid volume. Minerals such as calcium and magnesium are also the structural constituents of the body tissues. 6). Water: It is the major constituent of blood, which is the transport media in the body. It is also necessary for maintaining the homeostatic conditions in the body.
