ONSITE LOAD TESTING
Our mobile technicians are able to plan and conduct load tests on various types of
equipment at your site. We can use fixed weights or if this is not practical can use our
fleet of Water Weights and calibrated load cells. We design a load testing procedure to
suit your specific requirements which is supported by a full risk and method statement.
We can also offer eyebolt and lifting ring testing and inspection.
NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING
After a load test there will often be a requirement for some form of Non Destructive
Testing. We are able to offer Dye penetrant inspection and Magnetic particle
Inspection. If more in depth/theoretical analysis is required we can offer full finite
element analysis (FEA).
ONLINE TEST RESULTS
We will upload test results to our online portal where you can access and download the
latest certificate or test results. This also ensures your equipment is recalled and any
testing does not become overdue.

Safe and successful lifting operations depend, in large part, on the continued safety of
the lifting equipment and accessories that are used. Failures in this kind of equipment can
result in significant or even fatal injuries. Where testing is deemed necessary, it may not
need be undertaken at every thorough examination. The need for, and nature of, testing
should be based on an assessment of risk - taking account of information from the
manufacturer and other relevant information - as determined by the competent person.
