OES offer a range of oil rig equipment inspection, audit, project and structural services.
With a dedicated full time team that has decades of technical experience, mobilise via our strategically located offices in order to accelerate
mobilisation, we know we can deliver the right people where they are needed.
Regional offices are now open in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, USA, Mexico, UK, Brazil, Angola, Malaysia and Singapore. We also have a local
presence in Australia, Oman, Indonesia, Qatar, India and Egypt.
In essence, OES are grouped into three divisions:

2. This division also incorporates our popular technical and contractor compliance audit services, for example:
 Comprehensive audits on any type of drilling rig, workover or well services unit
 Tailored Audits for example: HSE audits, preventative / predictive maintenance system audits, electrical audits, personnel competency audits,
Operator compliance audits, etc.
 Commissioning
 Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
 Integrated Acceptance Testing (IAT)
 Auditing of rig build / repair facilities

OES also provide experienced rig newbuild and rig refurbishment project management and support services, covering but not limited to the

 Project management, assistance or specialists, either throughout the project from initial planning to spudding the rig, or any stages of the project
in-between.
 Rig New-build and refurbishment gap analysis assistance in preparing technical tender documentation

3. OES INTERNATIONAL
OES International provides a core range of frequently required inspections, either individually or as an inspection
package containing an all-in-one mobilisation covering a broad scope. OES have large and/or small teams available for a
wide range of spot and project related Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) work.
Inspection Packages:
 Inspection of all lifting equipment including load testing when necessary
 Derrick/Mast inspections, NDT and bolt checks as relevant
 NDT of drilling handling tools including tolerance checks
 Dropped Objects Surveys
 Ultrasonic Thickness (UT) of high pressure piping and pressure vessels
 Permanent/Long Term Rotating Teams
 NDT of Critical Load Path and Hoisting Equipment
 API Drilling Tool Inspection
 Various forms of NDT to cover due items including internal PM System, Class and API related requirements
