education and trends and offers expert credential
evaluation services.
All International students wishing to enrol on a course with CUC in the USA will
need to get their educational documents assessed for the American
Equivalency. WES will also verify that the documentation from the awarding
institution are in fact genuine.
It is the students responsibility to register on the website, enter their details,
and pay the fee for the credential assessment.

4. Before continuing with the application there is a way to get a basic response to the equivalency
of the qualification. Simply click on the free tool as highlighted.

5.  Click on the Yellow “Start Now”
 Enter First and Last names of the student
 Enter the email of the student
 Choose country of Education
 Choose Degree/Diploma type
 Choose length of study (3 or 4 years)
 Search of the institution
 Repeat if additional colleges/universities have been attended
 Click continue on next 2 pages
 You will then get the assessment on the next page

Why do I need to have my credentials evaluated?
A WES credential evaluation provides U.S. equivalent(s) for your credential(s) in order to pursue further education or seek employment in the U.S. It allows
university admissions officers, employers and licensing boards to understand your overseas credentials in U.S. terms.
Does WES evaluate credentials from all institutions and countries?
WES evaluates legitimate credentials issued by duly recognized institutions. WES has been evaluating academic credentials since 1974 and has accumulated
information on thousands of institutions and credentials worldwide. WES continuously conducts research to keep our data up-to-date. Note: World Education
Services does reserve the right not to accept an application for evaluation.
When should I have my credentials evaluated?
You should apply for an evaluation as early as possible because some institutions can take several weeks to provide documentation.
How long does it take to obtain a WES evaluation?
The standard processing time is seven (7) business days after receipt, review and acceptance of all documents and payment in full. If additional research,
correspondence or verification is required, the evaluation will take longer.
Do I need to collect documents from my school?
Generally this depends on the country and the school. In many cases photo copies of certificates are sent directly to WES, however transcripts often need to
be directly requested by WES from the institution itself with the student simply giving permission for their documents to be released.
Delivery of Completed Evaluations
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Generally for international delivery they do not specify a delivery time for
standard service, however the courier service usually guarantees delivery in 5 days and can be tracked.
What if my documents are not in English?
WES requires English translations of foreign language documents. For details, please refer to country-specific document requirements.
For translation services in the U.S. you may contact University Language Services Inc. at 1-800-419-4601. Outside the U.S., call 1- 212-766-4111. This
information is provided for your convenience only. All arrangements must be made directly with the translation service of your choice.
Can I upgrade my report after my evaluation is complete?
Yes. There are several options for upgrading your completed evaluation. You may:
Add a completed degree, Add new courses, Add a new credential, Upgrade your document-by-document evaluation to a course-by-course evaluation
