Addressing Quality Performance Across Supply Partners 2012Jon Halladay

He discussed completing various projects including a CFU max rate test where he collected field data and wrote a post-audit memo, updating Deepcut TAR PI graphics, developing CFU/LEP FOE metrics, and analyzing a spring 2015 bundle cleaning program. His goals were to take on more unit engineer responsibilities, learn a new unit, and strengthen his communication and technical skills. He gained experience with TARs, rate tests, and developing energy metrics and felt he improved at challenging assumptions and understanding unit integration.

Op 7 november 2017 gaf ik een gastles voor Professor Marijke Verbruggen aan de studenten Master in Management aan de Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. Ik heb er een overview gegeven over hoe HR in een jonge en wendbare organisatie als Wijs wordt georganiseerd. Ik belichte er mijn inspiratiebronnen, de 8 bouwblokken van het HR beleid en geef er 7 guerilliatips waar je zelf mee aan de slag kan.
In my 1 month assignement I was asked to cooperate with the director to optimise the organisational structure and HR department with the target to give a boost to the performance of a danceschool.
Op 19/2 gaf ik voor de 3de keer een gastcollege aan de HR postgraduaat studenten van de Artevelde Hogeschool in Gent. En deze keer waren ze opnieuw te gast bij Wijs.
