To increase self-esteem, happiness index, and your power to influence, Omar teaches you how to present feedback to your peers, your boss, or other colleagues in a diplomatic and efficient way. Take away key insights into how to create a healthy organizational culture with clear and constructive feedback.

It also notes benefits like emerging with new ideas and checking understanding of the original problem.
Why you should Celebrate the Wins in a Startup by Geoffrey ByruchGeoffrey Byruch
At any startup, there will always be various ups-and-downs on your road to success. While you can always get lost within the day-to-day operations of the work week, it is absolutely vital for your company and yourself to celebrate the wins every step of the way.
The document provides 10 things the founder of a commercial drone startup wished he knew when starting the company. Some of the key lessons include:
1) Execution is more important than good ideas alone.
2) Do not worry too much about competitors, but understand your competitive advantages.
3) Optimize for the likelihood of success in all business decisions rather than just revenue or valuation.
4) The type of investors you choose can help beyond just money, with operational experience and resources.
