This recipe combines Weet-Bix cereal, pears, banana, egg, honey and yogurt into a layered breakfast stack. The Weet-Bix are crumpled and baked into a base with egg and pear, then slices are layered with mashed pear and banana before topping with yogurt for a portable and guilt-free breakfast option.

2. What you will need: 4 weet-bix crumpled 2 pears peeled and mashed 1 egg 1 tablespoon of honey 1 banana ¼ cup Jalna Yogurt

4. 2. Line the bottom of a rectangle tin with baking paper and spread the Weet-Bix mixture into the tin evenly.

5. 3. Cook the base in a 200c oven for about 10min, or until spongy.

6. 4. Remove from oven and take the Weet-Bix base out of the tin. Cut the base into four rectangle slices.

7. 5. Place some mashed pear and slices of banana onto one of the rectangles, then place another Weet-Bix rectangle on top. Place a large dollop of yogurt on top. Repeat with the other two rectangles. Now eat and enjoy with NO guilt!
