Breakfast Recipes Using Nut Butter
Nut Butter Smoothies
Add a base: Start your smoothie with ¼ cup of organic Greek or
plain yogurt.
Select a milk: Add ½ cup of any type of milk - dairy, almond, soy
milk, etc.
Scoop in your nut butter. Add in a heaping tablespoon or two
of your favorite Ezra Cohen Montreal nut butter.
Don’t forget the ice! Add to the blender 1 cup of ice cubes. If you’d
like, you can also add in some of your favorite frozen fruits or
vegetables, just reduce the amount of ice you use to accommodate.
Add mix-ins. Give your smoothie a boost with some additional
healthy ingredients like fruits, veggies, natural sweeteners honey or
tablespoon of chia seeds or ground flax seeds.

Nut Butter Parfaits
Start with a
yogurt base of
your choice
Layer your
parfait! Yogurt,
nut butter layer,
fruit & crunch
Choose a fruitCreate a crunchy
layer - cereal,
chopped nuts,
shredded coconut
Combine 1 cup of
yogurt with 3
tablespoons of
nut butter. Add
some honey or
maple syrup for
sweetness
Nut Butter Smoothie Bowls
Place the frozen bananas into blender, then fill with 1
tablespoon of our all-natural nut butter
Add your other ingredients for taste and texture. Try
dates, acai, or kefir grains
Blend the mixture until smooth, for a better
consistency add a splash of almond milk
Garnish the mixture with any toppings -granola, chia
seeds, banana slices are great choices for flavor and
crunchy exterior
Nut Butter Pancakes
Bring your pan, or griddle to a medium heat
Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder into a large
mixing bowl
Using a separate mixing bowl, combine milk with the
mashed banana, canola oil, vanilla extract, egg, and your
choice of Ezra Cohen nut butter
Slowly whisking the milk mixture into the flour mixture until
the contents are thoroughly blended together
Ladle the batter onto the surface of pan using ¼ cup
measurements and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes
Once you see small bubbles forming in the batter, flip them
and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the bottoms have
been browned
