Daarom pleit ik voor ‘samenmerking’, partnerschip en het opzetten van overschrijdende verbanden. Voor een open houding en een innovatieve mentaliteit. Voor nieuwe leiderschapsstijlen en organisatiestructuren. Voor het open en transparant delen van alle kennis en ervaringen. Sociale media zijn daarvoor ideale middelen , maar je kan elkaar IRL (in real life) ontmoeten op congressen bijvoorbeeld. Of de koppen bijeen steken via crowdsourcing of LinkedIn-groepen. Het creëren van diepere relaties met. communities of publiek-private partnerships behoort tot de mogelijkheden.
