3. Home page
Chosen image for the home page –
an extreme close-up of the main
character. Direct mode of address
(breaking the 4th wall) to engage the
audience and encourage interaction
Yellow font – wanted a sickly
colour to reinforce the horror
genre. Decided it was too
childish for my target audience
and didn’t fit with the theme of
the production
Also the font is too small
I initially put the title in the
corner of the image so
attention would be focused
on the image but decided it
wasn’t obvious enough.
Made the extra videos
closer together to make it
look more slick

4. Home page
Moved the image to the
right hand side to give
space for the information
on the right. Kept it large
and engaging
Title in white – stands out
against dark background.
Font inspired from the
convention of horror
films/TV shows
Copied the layout of
this section on Netflix

5. Advert
Created and added a pop-up advert. This product is shown in my production.

6. Episodes section – home page
Grid layout – easy to see
and navigate
Used the Netflix website
for inspiration. The layout
of the episode titles and
description is similar to
Netflix’s

7. Suggested series section
Establishes the genre of
the production as the
suggested series are
related
The thumbnails are taken
from Netflix. I will add
some that I create myself.
