  1.  This is an incredibly exciting time, and printing – unlike ever before in my 25 years in this business -- is a relevant and exciting growth category. The trends in the marketplace (market dynamics) – meet real-time customer needs (we have the very latest insights to show it) meet HP innovation (the best line-up in years). The convergence of market dynamics, customer needs and our on-target innovation is an extraordinary opportunity for everyone in this room.  Today, I’m going to share with you how HP is connecting the dots between trends, insights and innovation – to bring you the best line-up we’ve had in years – an unmatched, unprecedented portfolio.  What we’re going to share today is a game-changer. This opportunity – with all our customer segments – but today I’m focusing on our consumer and SMB targets – is REAL.  So…let’s dive in and talk about the trends/market dynamics…and the REAL time customer needs.  Before I do that, I want to qualify the information I’m about to share – it is quite literally “up to the minute” and this is the first time we’ve pulled it together to share publically – so there is nothing more timely or relevant… and we believe that’s REALLY IMPORTANT, because the marketplace is moving so fast right now, we need to rely on the freshest data – and that’s what I have for you.
