have have more water than older people.
Water is very important for our body: found
in many organs in our body (EVEN in
bones), so you need to drink a lot of water
not to cause our body dehydrated (2 - 2.5
LITRES).

 The water we drink (mineral) contains a lot
of material so it is good for health.

5.  Sparkling water is best to drink when you’ve
done some physical work, eg. running,
swimming or other sports.

 75% water is in the brain
