Condensation The act of condensing; the state of being condensed or the result of being made more compact or dense.
Evaporation Matter or the quantity of matter evaporated or passed off in vapor.
Precipitation Falling products of condensation in the atmosphere as rain, snow or hail.
Snow A precipitation in the form of ice crystals, mainly of intricately branched  hexagonal form and often agglomerated into snowflakes, formed directly from the freezing of the water vapor in the air.
Rain Water that is condensed from the aqueous vapor in the atmosphere and falls to earth in drops.
Hail  Frozen rain (a solid) that falls down to earth.
Surface Runoff Water, from rain, snowmelt, or other sources, that flow over the land surface, and is a major component of the water cycle.
Transpiration The act or process of transpiring, especially through the stomata of plant tissue or the pores of the skin.
Accumulation In institutional investing, it is the action of a large investor buying up many shares of a public company over an extended period of time.
