5. People in Jenin city has a big reserve of groundwater
but they didn’t have the authority to use it .
For example , the water comes one day per week in the
summer and some times it comes one day per two or
three weeks.

which was occupied in 1967 is property of Israel ) .
 Israel has limited the level of consumption of
Groundwater in Palestine by (100 cubic meters per
hour ).
 When Israel accept to open a new artesian wells limit
depth of it by ( 140 meters ).
