4.1 IFRS Conversions
At its board meeting on February 18,2012, SOCPA approved the project of implementation of
International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). For the “non-listed” market, the MANDATORY
deadline is for Financial Periods commencing 1st
January, 2018. Approx. 14 months away. Only.For
many companies this conversion is a complex process with implications, operational and financial, that
should not be under-estimated.
WAKAD is proud to possess the most knowledgeable team of IFRS Specialists in the KSA. And,
uniquely, we will always create commercial value for our clients from this process.
4.2 Data Analytics (DA)
DA is best understood as sophisticated software which interrogates any form of data file to create
VALUABLE outputs.
