Step 1 is to uncover with the
CEO or Project Owner his/her
aspirations toward Emiratization
in the organisation. This session
will not only set the tone for the
strategy and culture needed. It
will determine who will be part
of the next phase of the
Emiratization Creative Lab. The
leader can expect to be
wowed at his his/her own vision
and the possibilities of how
Emiratization can significantly
contribute to the business.
Step 2 is to work with a Design
Team to finalize the best agenda
for the 1-day creative lab
workshop. We facilitate a group of
3 people, chosen by the CEO /
Project Owner to create a
transformational 1-day meeting
agenda incorporating the CEO’s
aspiration. The Design Team
knows what activities will bring
most benefit and would also
know who should sit next to whom
for an unforgettable experience.

Roland Sullivan, WST Specialist
Considered to be one of the original
100 change agents of the world,
Roland learned directly from the
founders of the Change
Management profession in 1962.
He has led transformation efforts for
over 1000 organizations in 40
countries. He coined the term Whole-
System Transformation™ in 1974 and
has taught at over 20 universities
around the world.
Roland’s most popular book is
‘Practicing OD: A Guide for Leading
Change’ (Wiley) which will be in its 4th
edition in 2015.

As CEO of Scholar Consultants,
