Para "penakut" ialah takut akan penolakan &
ancaman manusia karena imannya, sehingga ia
tidak setia kepada Kristus dan Firman-Nya.
• Keamanan pribadi dan kedudukan di antara orang-
orang lain lebih bermakna bagi mereka daripada
kesetiaan.
Di antara orang "penakut" ini ada orang-orang yang tadinya
termasuk umat Allah tetapi mereka berkompromi dan
berhenti berperang sehingga tidak menang.
