evaluation every month, with flexibility of changes/ modify due to manpower or budget availability.
As a result of this strategy team action was that we were able to provide different tools to follow up
with student progress and using positive re enforcement to encourage student to complete their
study, established weekly group tutorials about the use of my.Tafe and explain advantageous of
using this system in our industry to students. This was very positive and satisfying outcome, level
of qualifications completion has raised compared with previous term and level of student’s
satisfactions has positively increased as well as number of new enrollments.
