WORKING IN WORLD BANK’S EDUCATION PROJECT SERP 02.
Have three years working experience in education sector as administrative. I have
three years experience in World Bank’s Education project in Pakistan named as
Sindh Education Reform Programme (SERP2).
In this project worked as District Coordinator, Reform Support Unit Education and
Literacy Department Govt of Sindh.
Being District Coordinator Have extensive experience of conducting teacher
training, monitoring schools, Ensure consistently high performance providing
support in managing daily and weekly tasks as well as capacity building through
performance management and coaching, as well as referring staff for structured
capacity solving community.
Strong coordination and communication skills with officials, team members and
foreign delegations.
SUPERVISION SKILLS:
Directly supervise Education officers and provide technical and programmatic
advisory and consultation district level.
Ensure consistently high performance providing support in managing daily and
weekly tasks as well as capacity building through performance management and
coaching, as well as referring staff for structured capacity building activities.
Ensure the consistently high performance of these reports by providing direction
and coaching as and when needed, though formal coaching as well as frequent
informal discussions and feedback.
Ensure that direct and next-level reports are supported in their professional
development, by identifying and addressing collective areas of capacity building
and by supporting the implementation of individual development plans.

analyze, and present education data in a variety of formats (charts, graphs, etc.).
Ability to organize workshops and performance monitoring reviews for different
program stakeholders. Moreover doing administrative, technical, and financial
management of large-scale technical.
Well computer literate and use Microsoft Excel, Database, etc.
