The Vice President of Delivery will lead a team of 250+ employees in Noida, India to ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high quality. They will be responsible for delivery management, business growth, people management, process development, and customer management. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience, preferably an IIT/IIM degree, and experience managing a team of at least 200 employees in a product or BFSI company. They should be able to collaborate in start-up mode and scale to manage senior management as the company grows.
