DeliveryManagementandBusinessgrowth:
• Manage the implementationanddeliveryof all clientandinternal projectsfromNoida.
• Ensure efficientandprofitablesoftwaredeliveryoperations.
• Ensure a good balance betweenclientneedsandOrganisationprofitability
• Alignwith salesandprovide the requiredsalessupportforaggressivegrowth
• Ensure qualityof deliverymeetscontractual requirements,legalobligationsand
organisational policyandprocedures.
People Management
• Lead a groupof 250+ highlytrainedproductconsultants,operationsmanagersandsenior
managers(deliveryteam) andbe responsible forensuringthatthe teamgrowsand developsits
capacity.
• Ensure a cohesive andcongenial environmentanda highlymotivatedteamwhiledelivering
highperformance
• Identifyanddevelopleadersforfuture andensure effectivesuccessionmanagement
• Developaprogressive recruitment,induction,ongoingtrainingandresearchsystemto
ensure high-qualitysubstance andacapabilitiesinthe entire team
• Planfor optimum resource utilizationandsynchronize withHRforresource needs
ProcessDevelopment:
• Contribute toimprovementsonprojectmanagementprocessesandsystems
• IdentifyandInitiate internalprojectstoensure efficientdeliveryoperations
• Monitoringoverall functioningof processes,identifyingimprovementareasand
implementingadequatemeasurestomaximizecustomersatisfactionlevel,ProgramEfficiencyand
SLAs
Customer/clientManagement:
• Build,manage andmaintainstrongrelationshipswithexistingandnew customers
• Provide clientswithoverallaccountmanagementaswell asbusinessconsulting,asrequired
• Implementandmanage all partsof the clientexperience
