When users search on Google and see relevant ads, the advertisers of those ads are charged only if the users click the ads. This generates the bulk of Google's advertising revenue.

Can you really solve the problems on the ground without spending significant time living in the country where the product will be used? In this talk, we use the Playpump case study to understand why the only real way to build a sustainable venture that solves problems in developing countries is to do primary market research on the ground. We explore a few research techniques you can engage in, including interviews, observation and immersion. This talk includes interactive simulations where participants will learn valuable research techniques via an interactive exercise.

In 2008, Alex Osterwalder, a Swiss business theorist, developed the Business Model Canvas, for businesses to quickly visualize and map out a business model using a one-page document.
Two years later i.e. in 2010, Ash Maurya tweaked the Business Model Canvas around the validated learning loop and named this new iteration the Lean Business Canvas.
But the problem is, English isn't the first language of Billions of people, whereas Urdu is the first language of around 60 million people, I am of opinion that this translated version of the lean business canvas will help hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs who think and envision their ideas in Urdu can now transform their ideas into reality.
This translation is a work in progress, so if you see any mistakes and/or errors feel free to point it out, and if you have any suggestions then let me know in the comments.
And if you find this tool useful, share it with your friends and colleagues.

And this something the Civil Society should counter. These patterns are pretty raw and jagged in nature, but they do exist and are observable. And this seems like the major reason, inequality is prevailing in Pakistan.

This project is going to create an alternate timeline. A space where we could log the positivity. The answer to the sufferings. This will foster hope among those who are disheartened and those who have only seen the one side of the story.
Do you get confused?
Because I do! A lot! But thanks to this confusion I become eager to find answers! Confusion motivates me!
So here is a presentation, on how you can use confusion to increase your intellectual capital! :)
What are you going to do if you find out that a executive level official or a senior project manager has left his/ her job? Advertise the vacancy, Invite job applications, Shortlist CVs, conduct job interviews, hire the suitable candidate and then finally train him for the required post?
Isn't that a lengthy process? It could around 1-2 months. And during this time, the stocks would plummet, morale could crash and projects would be delayed!
Instead if you had an employee ready to take up the job right away? Won't that be awesome?
This is where Succession planning comes in!
Mentor the right candidates for the right time, maintain the talent pool. And sustain! :)
