5. About my part in the project
My role in the animation for to record a voiceover following a script that was
provided to me, This was because my voice resembles person that would be on
our programme which is great for a marketing plan.
I participated in meetings when Braden discussed the storyboards and I asked
for advice when producing the audio as i had no equipment. The challenge was
to find a quiet space to record with limited background noise, as most of my
family work from home.
I sent in some images of myself for Braden to animate my character to match my
voice.
8. The evidence
The storyboard Braden provided us:
This Was to get a sense of the
pacing and flow of the animation
that I will voiceover.
Here is the email:
9. The Evidence
We all agreed to meet the soon
after and I offered to put myself
forward to do the voiceover.
2 day after I was sent a script to
rehearse and do a voiceover using
my memo notes on my iphone to
record my voice.

10. The Evidence
This now came to my role in the process.
The first thing I did was to think about
where the quietest room in the house for
and waited for the opportunity for
limited people to be home.
The second thing I did was to split up
the sections of the script into lines
rather than record the whole thing, this
can prove more effort to braden to make
sure it flow’s with the animation.
The third thing was to record multiple takes
of each line to send across as i reviewed
some and decided to record again at different
times that might be more quiet, i did this by
monitoring the quality .
How I was able to get my recording audio to
the best quality I could:
I build a little cocoon with pillows and
recorded under the cover to contain and make
the audio sound more concentrated.
12. The evidence
Here is the email I sent.
I sent the pictures of myself to
the group, as Braden can start to
work on making the animation look
more like me.
13. The finishing piece
We made this interesting by all the
different colours and transitions
the animation was able to achieve,
the content was short which appeals
to our audience as short form
content is very popular due to our
attention span.

20. My role in promotion
At that time I put
together a newsletter
including the newsletter
and I added valve by
transferring it onto this
platform.
I added behind the scenes
of putting it together to
make staff aware and
interested of the process.
There will be more
information about this
newsletter in my email
marketing section.
