It seems that current missionary work requires spending a lot of money, preparing a lot of materials, and traveling to far away places, so that it feels like missionary work. But what was the result they brought back? It's just a lot of photos of activities, fun eating, drinking and some playing games. And then we have to do the same thing next year, never ending. The church once mentioned that a certain missionary would go to the field where she used to work before the end of his life. It seemed that if she had not gone, no one would be willing to go. The reason why these missionary work is so difficult is that no one obeys God’s words, and the Bible is not the main content during missionary work, because in the eyes of those who do not obey God’s words, the Bible is just words and cannot be connected with life, so Reading out God's words is boring because it doesn't have any life experience, so it cannot be connected with human life. I will give a few examples in the hope that this situation can be changed. A375

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

Slide 2: Introduction to Mindfulness
Mindfulness, defined as the conscious, non-judgmental observation of the present moment, has deep roots in Buddhist meditation practice but has gained significant popularity in the Western world in recent years. In today's society, filled with distractions and constant stimuli, mindfulness offers a valuable tool for regaining inner peace and reconnecting with our true selves. Slide 4: Benefits of Mindfulness for Physical Health
Research has shown that practicing mindfulness can contribute to lowering blood pressure, which is beneficial for heart health.
Regular meditation and mindfulness practice can strengthen the immune system, aiding the body in fighting infections.
Mindfulness may help reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes and obesity by reducing stress and improving overall lifestyle habits.
Slide 5: Impact of Mindfulness on Relationships
Mindfulness can help us better understand others and improve communication, leading to healthier relationships.
By focusing on the present moment and being fully attentive, mindfulness helps build stronger and more authentic connections with others.
Mindfulness teaches us how to be present for others in difficult times, leading to increased compassion and understanding.
Slide 6: Mindfulness Techniques and Practices
Focusing on the breath and mindful breathing can be a simple way to enter a state of mindfulness.
Body scan meditation involves focusing on different parts of the body, paying attention to any sensations and feelings.

Quote 1: “Christ comforted and blessed and
healed and wrought many miracles with his
hands. He touched the eyes of the blind, and they
were opened. When Jairus sought him,
overwhelmed with grief, Jesus went and laid his
hands on the ruler's daughter, and she awoke
from the sleep of death to her father's love. You
also remember how he healed the crooked
woman. He said to her, "Woman, thou art loosed
from thine infirmity," and he laid his hands on her,
and immediately she was made straight, and she
glorified God.

Christ, that living in thy fear, and dying in thy
favor, I may in thy appointed time obtain the
resurrection of the justified unto eternal life. Bless,
O Lord, the whole race of mankind and let the

Quote 6: "If a person doesn't think that there is a
God to be accountable to, then what's the point of
trying to modify your behavior to keep it within
acceptable ranges? That's how I thought anyway.
I always believed in the theory of evolution as
truth, that we all just came from the slime. When
we died, you know, that was it, there is nothing,
and I've since come to believe that the Lord Jesus
Christ is truly God, and I believe that I, as well as
everyone else, will be accountable to Him."

Quote 7: “Thus without the Scripture, which has
Jesus Christ alone for its object, we know nothing,
and see only darkness and confusion in the

A BIBLE BRAIN TEASER
There are 16 books of the Bible mentioned in the paragraph below See how many you can
find. Good Luck!
“I once made a remark about the hidden books of the Bible. It was a lulu; kept people
looking so hard for facts and, for others, it was a revelation. Some were in a jam, especially
since the names of the books were not capitalized. But the truth finally struck home to
numbers of our readers. To others it was a real job. We want it to be a most fascinating few
moments for you. Yes, there will be some really easy ones to spot. Others may require
judges to help find them. I will quickly admit it usually takes a minister to find one of them,
and there will be loud lamentations when it is found. A little lady says she brews a cup of
tea so she can concentrate better. See how well you can compete. Relax now, for there
really are sixteen names of books of the Bible in this paragraph.”

Can You Say That Again, Please?
Folks who use a hearing aid often cannot
hear the sounds that come through a
public address [PA] system. For some of
our congregational members with hearing
aids, that means they cannot hear or
understand the pastors when they lead
worship because their voices are
amplified through speakers. Our
congregation has received seed money to
purchase a ‘hearing loop’, which would be
a solution to that problem, and further
gifts are being invited. You will continue
to read more about this gift invitation in
the coming months. What is a hearing
loop and how does it work? - A hearing
loop is a wire connected to an electronic
sound source that transmits that sound to
the telecoil in a hearing aid or cochlear
implant. A loop can discreetly surround a
room, a chair in your home, or even be
worn around the neck. Hearing loops can
be connected to a PA system, a living
room TV, a telephone (land line or cell),
or any source that produces sound
electronically. A hearing aid and most
cochlear implants equipped with a
manually controlled T-Switch is all that is
required to hear in a hearing loop. The
telecoil or T-coil receives the signal from
the loop and turns it back into sound in
the hearing aid, eliminating background
noise. The listener simply switches their
T-coil on and the sound is heard directly
into their hearing device, clear as a bell,
with no background noise or interference.
If the listener prefers to hear surrounding
sounds, they only need to switch their
hearing device to M/T. It’s that simple!
