 Manage $300,000 Quality Assurance annual budget
 Obtain quotes from outside contractors and follow up with work being done
 Monitor and control supplies and equipment; order supplies and tools as necessary and prepare
documents for equipment purchases
 Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment, schedule calibration of
tools, equipment, etc.
 Diagnose problems, replace/repair parts, test and make adjustments
 Track and maintain records on all maintenance and repairs to machines and tools
 Develop and organize preventative maintenance and safety inspection program for all equipment
 Support production and engineering to manage and guarantee on time availability of tools to
ensure continuous production
 Oversee all work through the tool room & maintenance is cost effective and ensure that all target
dates are met
 Ensure FAA approved data is being used for major repairs and alterations on assigned component
and perform other duties as assigned
Aviation Maintenance Technician
 Service and maintain rotary and fixed wing aircraft, propellers, drive systems and power plants for
Eurocopter 65 and Dolphine turbomeca engines via computer’s schematics, drawings, diagrams,
blueprints, charts, publications, and work cards
 Perform periodic and special inspections on aircraft, engines, and related systems
 Remove, install, and rig engines, propeller components and accessories
 Control surfaces and controls; preserve and depreserve engine and accessories
 Maintain air conditioning and pressurization systems, hydraulic systems and components, landing
gear, wheels and tires, brakes, fire extinguishing systems plumbing, drive trains and flight controls
 Repair fuel systems
 Conduct non-destructive inspection (NDI) using dye penetrant and zyglo methods, performs electric
arc and gas welding procedures and perform corrosion control procedures
 Service ground handling and servicing equipment; taxis, tows, and secure aircraft, also clean,
inspect, and service propellers and rotor systems and maintain paint spray systems, lays out
patterns and templates for metal work; changes aircraft wheel and tire assembly

 Ensure aircraft are in good mechanical condition and safe for flight, assist in Field-Level
Modifications, Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) activities, maintain and update aircraft
records and status and keep aircraft crew chief and associated maintenance manager updated with
quality status of aircraft.
 Experience and knowledge of Aviation Logistics Management Information System (ALMIS) and Fly
Away activities such as aircraft forms documentation
 Knowledgeable of Safety, Tool Control, Foreign Object damage (FOD), Supply, Hazardous Material
(HAZMAT), Training Management System (TMS), Quality, and Security programs.
