This document discusses automating the process of collecting data on planned industrial areas in Flanders using FME. Previously, collecting this data was time-consuming and prone to errors due to manual processes. The new automated process uses FME to scrape data from various government websites and publications using transformers. This allows for daily updates of nearly complete data with no errors or need for interpretation, providing major improvements over the previous manual method.
