Our marketing objectives are to engage prospective, current, and former members through fun and memorable programming that promotes a healthy lifestyle. We want to understand our members' interests, needs, and wants by improving communication. Our action plan includes distributing promotional materials to partner businesses and using various media like websites, social media, billboards and TV to inform members of programs and events. The main ways we will evaluate success are through feedback surveys to members and by tracking participant numbers in classes and programs, aiming to maintain a minimum of eight participants per program.
