2. The aims of the project are, to develop an
application system entitled “college Management
,module (Fees Management)” that utilize for
college manage. The aim of final year project is
to expose the under graduation student to real
work project working environment, business
operation as well as administration function.

3. The Objective of our project is to develop a
GUI(Graphical User Interface) based
software i.e. platform independently and user
friendly and which can be fit into any college
system. It will be fast in operation.

4.  VB is a programming language that
allows you to program in a Windows
environment
You create a “Form” with several
“Objects”
You set the properties of objects.
You write event handler to response to
user’s input.

7. Login Form-
Login form is used for privacy. Without password
nobody can change and access our data that’s the
reason we create login form.
In this form we
used text box,
combo box ,
picture box,
image box etc.

8. MDI Form-
MDI (Multiple Document Interface) is a graphical
user interface in which multiple windows reside
under a single parent window. Such system allow
child windows to embed other windows inside
them as well, creating complex hierarchies.

9. Fees Form-

10. Here scholar number applied as a primary key.
because primary key is a unique key, with the help
of primary key we can easily search our data.
