Objective

Role Responsibilities
Currently, I am working in Tata Consultancy Services as a developer in a project for a renowned book publishing
company. My current project is to develop a dashboard for funding agencies/universities for the publishing company.
My role in this project is to develop the front-end side of the dashboard as well as view controllers and java objects
that will retrieve data fetched from REST services which were fed by other peer. I am using Java, Spring framework,
XML, REST API, MySQL , DotCMS(a java based content management system), Velocity Template Language, HTML,
CSS, Javascript, jQuery, Ajax in this project. I have basic knowledge about OpenStack cloud platform and various
services used in this platform like Horizon, Nova, Keystone, Cinder, Swift. I have sound knowledge in Linux
environment(mainly Ubuntu and Redhat) as I had to use it as deployment environment for the applications I worked in.

Achievements
1. I worked in a project to develop and maintain three applications for the same book publishing company that I
am currently working:
A. Application which maintained all book contents and book metadata – I used Java with Spring Framework,
MySQL, Hibernate, Velocity Template Language, HTML, CSS , Javascript for this application.
B. Application which displays all the products(books in various forms) to the end users – I used Java with
Spring Framework, MySQL, Hibernate, HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery for this application.

C. Application which provides options for internal users of the publishing company to obtain various reports for
journal publishing – I used PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript , jQuery for this application.
2. I worked in a support and development project for TCS(Tata Consultancy Service) internal. I used oracle
PL/SQL, JSP, Java, HTML, CSS, Javascript during my period with this project.
3. I was trained in ASP .NET,SQL SERVER while I was in Initial Learning Program(ILP) in TCS and developed a
small project of Online Banking Registration System during my learning program. I got LIRIL award in ILP for
actively helping each of my batch mates in ILP.
4. I have good working knowledge in Python , C, C++, PHP, Windows/Linux System. I built a standalone
desktop application using Python and GTK as my university project.

Additional Details
