fully standardized, future proof, with practically unlimited capacity and hosted
under the “.arpa” top level domain.
▷ +87810 is the only number range issued by the International
Telecommunications Union for Universal Personal Telecommunications.
▷ In 2002 The International Telecommunication Union (ITU), permanently
delegated the International Country Code +87810 to VISIONng.
▷ VISIONng assigned the exclusive management of the +87810 UPT number
range to Sentiro at the VisionNG General Assembly, in July, 2007

location. So any person or device anywhere in the world can be
assigned an +87810 number.
▷ The global telephone numbering plan is administered by the
International Telecommunications Union (ITU) according to the E.164

4. +87810 | FUTURE PROOF
▷ Used on a telecom network, an +87810 UPT number could do the
same things as any national fixed or mobile number – enable calls and
