      Support to development of technological solutions of challenges common
       for a great number of SMEs (e.g. adjustments to norms/standards, market
       challenges etc.)
  -    IPR to be owned by the SME associations
  -    Project budget 1.5 – 4 M€
  -    EU grant up to 75 %
  -    Duration 2 – 3 years

regional research driven clusters
 - for a total of 18,66 M €

Participants
Consortia of at least 3 regional research-driven clusters from 3
different Member States or Associated countries
      • Possible representation by one member - under conditions
      • Compulsory description of the full clusters and their triple helix
        structure
Coordinator : either a regional authority or a fully fledged RDC (with legal
entity)
