- How can we make web conferencing engaging and memorable?
- The first challenge in making web conferencing software engaging is to use the tools you have at the right time, in the right amount and in the right way
- By a raise of hands how many of you have ever baked something? Maybe some time in your life you baked something that did not turn out too well. It could be because you forgot an ingredient or maybe you used too much/not enough of one ingredient?
- Just like in baking in a web conference you want to use the right ingredients or tools in the right amount and at the right time.
- Once you use your tools to your advantage you will have a great and memorable outcome
- If you are missing some key ingredients such as chat you are less likely to have a successfuloutcome. Photoshop out eggs and apples
- Your pie can end up turning out to be a disaster, if you don ’t use your tools/ingredients in the right way or leave something out. After a bad experience in web conferencing learners are likely to have sour feelings about participating in web conferencing. Make pie gross
