The document summarizes and analyzes several frames from the music video for "Teenage Dirtbag" by Wheatus. The first frame shows the main character falling asleep and dreaming on the stairs, representing how everyone has felt uncomfortable in their own skin at some point as a teenager. The brand identity of the band's products is shown through consistent use of font, logo, and background images across the CD digipak and advertisement. These visual elements reflect the rock genre through poses with instruments, bold fonts, and grungy backgrounds. When creating the digipak, shadowy images of each band member on a unique colored but consistent background were used to fit the genre while adding fun colors. The advertisement and digipak also use the same background and font for consistency. The poses and inclusion of instruments in the photos tie into the fun and rock themes shown in the band's music video.
The music video follows conventions of the glam rock genre by having the actors wear long hair and leather jackets to portray a "wild" look. It also includes live performances, as is typical for music videos, to showcase the actors' talents. Additionally, it includes multiple locations to add narrative variety and avoid repetition. However, the video challenges conventions by having a narrative focused on a love story that ends with a twist revealing the lead singer's affections for his male band member, rather than the typical themes of drugs, partying, and cars found in music videos. This challenges the genre by having more of a narrative while still keeping the upbeat and random elements typical of glam rock.
The shooting schedule outlines 26 shots to film a music video for a band. It begins with close-ups of each band member to introduce them, followed by zoom outs to show the whole group. Tracking and establishing shots show the band walking through a park and at a fountain. Later shots include the band performing amidst metal sculptures, in a tree, and on rocks by the sea. The schedule culminates with shots of the band crowded in a bathroom and moshing in a studio, before returning to the fountain for the final group shot.
The third group meeting discussed filming the video. They had tried filming before but schedules conflicted, so they proposed not requiring everyone to be present during filming. Instead, those absent during filming would be more involved in editing or evaluating the project. The group found this the easiest solution rather than continually delaying filming until everyone's schedules aligned.
Our second group meeting was held on October 22nd to check on the status of assigned tasks. Most members had completed their work, but the storyboard needed to be rewritten after the person working on it became ill, so another member took it over. The group ensured all work was shared, though the storyboard and shooting schedule were still missing since the schedule depends on the storyboard being finished first.
Our first group meeting took place on October 13th to discuss costumes, test footage, and location scouting (recce shots) for our upcoming project. We decided each actor would have a unique outfit but share a common accessory, and recognized scheduling test footage would be difficult given our varying availability, so agreed to clear our schedules to film the test footage and location shots together.

The rough stage replicates elements from the movie, and actors from the film briefly join the band's performance. Throughout the video, the visuals change to remain in sync with the intensifying music and fit the climax of the song and movie.
The video for Rammstein's "Du Hast" uses close-up and long shots of the band and characters, edited quickly with explosive effects to match the fast-paced lyrics. It shows a man leaving a woman in a car and walking away with a gun while constantly switching between scenes of the band and characters. The band members wear masks to conceal their identities, fitting the nature of the song.
The advert uses black and silver colors which relate to the band name Metallica. The design is simple but effective, with the words and image centered to create a feeling of organized chaos. The band's font features lightning strikes, reinforcing the rock and metal theme. Additional information includes their website to learn more. The matching text and image styles, including lightning on a coffin, all connect back to Metallica. The dark colors used are typical for rock genres and imply an older target audience familiar with heavy rock music.
The 4-panel digipak for Black Sabbath features (1) individual images and descriptions of each band member, information about the producer and songwriter in yellow text on black, and their pentagram logo; (2) the disc number and songlist written in red and yellow; (3) a deep blue background with a red devil symbolizing evil; and (4) a group shot of the band displaying their dark metal appearance and style through clothing and long hair.
Lauren Hodge completed a personal skills audit to assess her skills related to creating a digital media production. She used various software packages like IMovie, Final Cut, Photoshop, and Garage Band to produce an opening sequence for a horror film. These skills allowed her to edit and create music for the sequence. To further develop these skills, she plans to familiarize herself more with editing software and Photoshop. Her research involved analyzing openings of other films to understand conventions of the genre. While her ideas adhered to some conventions, she aims to add more imaginative themes for future work.
One of the first things done was to create a storyboard detailing shots, angles, and character actions/speech. The storyboard first shows the company logo and name, followed by a knife dripping in blood. Shots then explain a male crossing a bridge in long shot, Nicola talking to the male in shot reverse shot medium close ups, and the male talking in high angle medium close up. The next few shots show Nicola passing something to the male and then talking while he is confused. The beginning of a flashback is shown through a tilted long shot of Nicola on a swing, then an establishing shot and a male entering unaware. Nicola talks to another female, then a transition to a torture scene in
This document provides an overview of wound healing, its functions, stages, mechanisms, factors affecting it, and complications.
A wound is a break in the integrity of the skin or tissues, which may be associated with disruption of the structure and function.
Healing is the body’s response to injury in an attempt to restore normal structure and functions.
Healing can occur in two ways: Regeneration and Repair
There are 4 phases of wound healing: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. This document also describes the mechanism of wound healing. Factors that affect healing include infection, uncontrolled diabetes, poor nutrition, age, anemia, the presence of foreign bodies, etc.
Complications of wound healing like infection, hyperpigmentation of scar, contractures, and keloid formation.

The janitor threatens the children saying ‘I got a gun too’ he thinks the children are
abnormal and are ‘wrong’. He talks about someone climbing on to the roof and
‘picking of you little bastards.’ However the children are completely unaffected and just
stare at him, this clues the audience in that there is something different and perhaps
unnatural about the children due to the fact there is no response from them. The
stereotypical children would be afraid.
