Cavin Kare own Manufacturing Plant which got commissioned in 2006, is situated in
picturesque state of Uttaranchal at Sidcul Industrial Estate, Haridwar with an area of 8 acres with a built up
area of around 1 lakh square feet. It is at a distance of 225 kms from New Delhi and 52 kms from state
capital Dehradun. The Plant capacity is around 5000 Metric Tons and built with an investment of INR 70
crores. The Plant is environment friendly with effective waste management systems in place. Currently,
shampoos, creams, moisturizing lotions, Hair dye and talcum powder are being manufactured here in
various sizes and variants.
CURRENT JOB DESCRIPTION:
Nature of Job Handled:
Cost saving in Stores.
Regularly follow ups for NMS and SMS
Managing Physical Inventory and Dispensing Movement
Responsible for all RM & PM materials inventory.
Knowledge of SAP related Store management.
Raise GRN, STO, PO issuing in SAP.
Dispensing Planning.
Daily Maintained of Stock Sheet, Updating of Records.
Making Stock Statement on daily basis as well as monthly basis and send H.O.
Store Handling / Control (RM+PM)
Cycle counting of Materials.
Proper handling, identification and Traceability of stored material
Controlling Inventory Level.
Tracking the RM & PM Shortages for the monthly production to avoid production delays
production loss at the Plant
To Act as a link between the Manufacturing Team (Plant) & Supply Chain Team (at H.O)
for adherence to the Production Plan.

FUNCTIONALITY WISE ACTIVITIES:
Goods Receipt & Issues:
Verification of physical documents for incoming materials, such as form 16, Lorry receipt, Certificate of
analysis.
Verification of Rate, Quantity and Tax in invoice according to Purchase order and informing purchase in
case of differences.
Maintaining physical documents like check list, manual GRN, and other registers.
Documentation of Rejected materials based on QC rejection Report and updating in SAP.
Prioritizing the materials to be unloaded and updating the Received materials in SAP (Goods Receipt Note).
Transferring the documents to accounts after posting GRN.
Monitoring issue & return posting of RM/ PM against Process orders in SAP.
Interaction with Planning and Purchase on Material Receipt.
Daily reconciliation on Pipeline materials.
Co-ordination on physical inventory, and confirmation of posting all receipts and issues
Reconciliation on physical difference in materials.
Information to Central Purchase in case of any disputes or Over Delivery while receiving Materials.
Making STO & STN for another go down.
Making the Purchase Return Order for Rejected Materials for RM/PM Materials.
Making the delivery Challan for sending the material to required Destination.
