Simplification Leader Finance GE Asset Management: Apr 2007 – Apr 2009 CT, USA
• Designed and implemented and integrated invoice approving system with a ROI of 320% from
avoidance of late penalty charges at GE Asset Management. Phase 2 implemented the fixed asset
module to track assets and liabilities. In excess of $110M.
• Developed a reporting system for GE Asset Management in USA and UK to generate cash flow
projection for the USD142M payable side of the business. Saved interest of 2% on USD260M of
expenses.
• Identified duplicate payment of facilities rent of USD500K in year 1 with GE Asset Management
using the new invoicing approval system. Reduced utility overbill by landlord of building by
establishing a monitoring system to capture utility usage
