Business Analyst.The aim of the project was to help and support FCA to use CALMS2CMS back
office application to maintain hire purchase contracts. Responsible for handling all back office change
requests that the client (FCA) raises to Whiteclark and writing functional specification documents
providing high level estimations. Working within teams of up to 10 people both onshore and offshore
including 2 Business analysts, a Delivery manager, a Client engagement manager, a Development head,

Responsibilities:
Requirements gathering via stakeholder interviews, workshops and Business Intelligence reports.
Analyse and validate requirements against AS-IS business process to find the root cause of
