The members of Velomanija 2010 gathered in Klaipėda to ride bikes together, work together, and enjoy and clean nature. They introduced municipal officers to the main bicycle infrastructure problems and possible solutions in Klaipėda city. These included a lack of continuity of bike roads, dangerous obstacles like cars and curbs, and cyclists having to compete for space with cars and pedestrians. Crossings were also often dangerous for cyclists due to unmarked crossings and traffic lights. Velomanija made suggestions around education and bicycle culture, and offered to build an artistic bicycle stand near a club to promote cycling.
