Veggies that I Love Stanford University, Spring 2010 CS377v - Creating Health Habits habits.stanford.edu   Josh wants to eat healthy, he wants to eat more vegetables. However, he doesn’t associate vegetables with a pleasant taste. He decides that to change his mindset he will join the five day challenge Josh follows his daily routine, he wakes up and goes to class. Later that day, he gets a text from one of his friends. He remembers that he has to send me a text with one of his favorite vegetables Each night  Josh rand his friends eceive a funny email  with an updated list of  the veggies that they love Thanks to the challenge Josh discovers that he  doesn’t like the taste of conventional vegetables but he loves V8 so he starts drinking one every day
