raised by customer and to incorporate the design changes without major impact on cycle
time. Contribution to the project by involving in design of various re-engineering
monuments selected for a customized aircraft and to identify the changes in floor plan
and providing the Final Monument design and detailed drawings for production. It also
includes aircraft in production having RFQ's and RFC created by customer to change
the aircraft configuration and re-modeling the Monuments as per requirements and
providing technical support to production team.

contours the profile of carpet to be measure with finish coming on each and every
Cabinets on aircraft in different zone and to identify the interfaces, Subwoofers
installations under the floor, threshold install, Door stoppers, seat tracks are to be
identified and a proper cutout to be provided to install the carpet.

Centre as single resource since 2013 June as an additional Task for product
development with direct contact with Client with Good technical communication.

Title: CABIN FLAMMABILITY

Description: Scope of the project is to define the material stack up matrix for cabins
and to create coupons for flammability test I have been trained in Flammability domain
for aircraft cabin design, which includes identifying different material stack up used in
interior monuments and to estimate the materials for resisting flame for time after it
catches flame. To create different coupons/samples for allowing it to burn under given
period of time and to capture the report for certification from FAR department.
Practical Flammability requirements such as 60 sec burn test, 120 sec
Bunsen burner test on the coupons created with Bunsen burner with different angle
which meets the FAR requirements.
Project Knowledge:
• Identifying various materials used in Cabin design.
• Arranging the materials stack to create Samples for Burn test
• Optimizing the similar kind samples to avoid creating more samples.

Interiors, Choosing option variability's, option Matrix, Drafting standards as per ASME, GD&T
requirement for interior parts and sheet metal standards for specific project.
Leadership Skills:
I have handled a team of 5 associates for a span of Two Months for a specific work
type from client and inspecting quality for the Deliveries.

ENGG standard in a period of 4 months.

I have been to client location (Montreal - CANADA) to support the Onsite team for
a Business assignment for a period of two months and to deliver the package within the
scheduled time.
Have been involved in learning carpet floor installation for a period of one week and
with that I have been started executing Carpet installation work from Offshore for the two
Aircraft programs of Bombardier Business Jet aircraft G5000 and G6000 aircrafts as single
resource from Offshore.
