• Remaining truthful to the core under all
circumstances.
• Truth means – What you have in mind, what you
speak and what you act should be the same.
How an Honest Person looks like?
• He constantly donates pure feelings and good wishes.
• Remains unshakable by maintaining self respect.
• Mind and heart remains clear and open.
• He will change every storm into rainbow.
• He is free from any attitude of dislikes.
• He never ask why? How? Who? He finds the solution.
• He wins the trust of God.
• He receives unlimited love and blessing from
everyone.
• He will be light and easy going with self and others.
• He ignites the flame of truth in the heart of others.
• He easily forgives and forgets the mistakes of other.
He behaves with others with equality and regard.
• Boat of honesty may rock in the floods but will not
sink.

TIME MANAGEMENT
TIME AND TIDE WAITS FOR NOBODY.
• Time wasted is life wasted.
• Wasting time amounts to wasting one’s life.
• Managing time amounts to Managing life.
• Of all the resources available to us such as
Men, Material, Money, Information and Time,
we observe time is finite.
• We can neither preserve nor purchase time.
• Time cannot be renewed or replaced. It is
most inelastic.
• Hence time is a scarce resource.
• Live and act in the present and make use of
the time to the maximum.
There are four types of people:-
1.It is observed that many kill the time.
2.Some spend the time.
3.Some waste the time.
4.Few use the time.
Factors that helps in using time:-
• Managing time in better organised way for
day to day activities.
• Managing time with vision for next 10 years
– long range planning.
• Listing of activities as per priorities for
efficient result.
• Anticipate interruption and manage
systematically.
• When in need, have the humility to take help
of others whether he is junior or senior.
• Diligently use the time. Avoid unnecessary
visitors.
• Determination.
• Dedication and Discipline takes one to
success.
• Take up one job at the time. Put your heart
and soul with concentration to complete the
required job.
• Periodically review your short term and long
term tasks.
• Organize your home as well as work place.
• Put everything in its place and find place for
everything.
• Live in the present.
• Avoid shopping or bank transactions in
rush hours. Utilize time saving deliveries.
• Do what you have to do first, not just
because it is easy and pleasing.
EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT SKILLS:-

to my own vision.
• It is the systematic approach.
• Developing a life strategy (Mission and
vision).
• Last but not the least, in order to be healthy
and wealthy (Mentally, physically, Socially
and Financially) one must practice
meditation to prevent medication.
Establish priorities:-
• Do it now and do it well.
• Plan to spend quality time for quality output.
• Do it quickly, no need to have quality time.
• Do later or delegate.
• To make the best use of your best time.
• Know your tendency to be more mentally alert
and more creative.
• Use morning time to the maximum.
• Organise paper work – only those related to job
on hand which help accessibility.
• Handle paper only once with proper decision.
• Control interruptions like telephone, visitors
etc.

POSITIVE OUTLOOK
1. Think, speak and feel positive about yourself,
others and situations believe in your own worth.
Happiness is your decision.
2. Always visualize yourself and your life the way
you want it. Dwell on what you want, then you
will gravitate towards that.
3. Set goals, but remember you need goals not for
what they get us but what they do to us. What
you become is more important than what you
get.
4. Throw away the labels you hang on yourself.
Don’t place limits on yourself. The biggest
limitation is the thought “I can’t”
5. Slow down. You will have fewer accidents and you
will avoid hurting yourself and others by accident.
6. Discipline your mind and intellect. You are in
control. You decide what you put in there, so you
determine what you get back. Knowledge is the

disguise themselves as unsolvable problems. You

8. Tackle disasters one at a time. Then they’re not so
disastrous.

support you in your efforts to change.
11. Have an attitude of gratitude. This ensures your
