Vagrant is a tool that allows users to create and configure lightweight, reproducible, and portable development environments. It allows users to create virtual machine environments on their local machines and share identical environments between teams. Vagrant manages the virtual machines and allows them to be easily created, destroyed, and shared. The presentation provides an overview of what Vagrant is, why it is useful for development teams, how it works, and some resources for using Vagrant.
