The process:
       create outline
identify goals and process to achieve them
       estimate time
       adjust for learning
       map to a calendar
       simplify to slides

Cover letter examples:

Letter example #1:
You did not get the job. This may turn that around :0)
I really enjoyed the interview process with you and your staff. I wrote the 30,60,90 day plan because I
can really see myself helping you achieve your objectives. I hope you will keep me in mind for future
opportunities. And I would like to know if it is OK if I circle back with you from time to time to see if you
have any opening or I might be a fit for something.

Letter example #2:
You completed an interview and want to increase the probability of getting chosen.
I was so inspired about the company and this position that I could not stop thinking how I would apply
myself if I had this responsibility. and so I put together this “90 day plan to ensure success” because it
provides a way for me to start hitting the ground running even before my first official day at work.

I would love the opportunity to meet with you to talk about it and get your feedback. This is a first draft
that may not be all that useful to you because I do not know the intricacies, customers, products, or
culture of your enterprise; but feedback from you should result in an outline of what is expected of me.
Then going forward, we can use this plan or another plan if you desire to identify and collaborate on
future objectives.
