Higher Colleges of Technology and
clicking on the name of your College.

username and password
and click sign in.
For staff : e.g. ebarina
For students: e.g. H0001234
You can now start browsing and borrowing books.

6. Browse the Overdrive collection using any of the categories
listed at the top of your screen.

Enter a title or author in the search box at the top right.

7. Click on the eBook in your preferred format, or
Tap on the book cover and click borrow.

8. Go to your Bookshelf, choose and click download according to
the following format.

9. • EPUB eBook - you will need to create an Adobe ID account to
download this format.
• Available titles will show a dark grey icon at the top right
corner.
• Unavailable titles show light grey.
• You can instantly read in your browser using
• Offline reading is available by selecting the download button
in Overdrive Read and by bookmarking the eBook’s URL.

10. There are two ways to return a book.
Option 2 (book downloaded):
Go to the Bookshelf, tap the book cover
and select Return (not delete) and click
Yes.
Option 1 (book not yet downloaded):
Go to the Bookshelf, click on Return Title.

11. Choose a title and click on Place a Hold.
