The monies that you kept for ‘commissions’ and one weeks rent are totally unacceptable and not what we agreed upon. We have a signed document, dated Feb 17, 2010, to that effect. We demand that you immediately refund the total balance due of $1,373.90. <br />We are also owed, as stated in our lease agreement, and agreed in an email by you, for the days’ rents when our the house was so damaged by the flooding from the rains, that it was partially uninhabitable. The total amount due is $672.10 for the 15 days that we lost use of 3 bedrooms. In an email response to this request on Feb 1, 2010 you replied, “I will issue a check.”<br />We will only accept a money order made out to Julie Kasal or Brad Shapiro in the entire amount of $2,046.00 delivered within five days or we will take this matter to court.
