W2 – W2 is nothing but who holds the candidate payroll they will pay the taxes. W2 rate is
In-hand pay rate given to the candidate. Transactions are between the Employer & Candidate.
Any visa holders applies for this.
C2C – Here also taxes are paid by the employer who holds candidate payroll, but the
transactions are between Vendor & Employer.
Any visa holders applies for this.
1099- Here Taxes are paid by the candidate. Transaction will happen between the Client &
Candidate.
Only Citizens or Permanent Residents can pay their own taxes because incorporation if given to
them only.
