Chapter: 1.Natural Resource
Natural resources:-
 Natural resources are useful raw materials that we get
from the Earth. They occur naturally. Which means that
humans cannot make natural resources.Instead,we use
and modify natural resources in ways that are beneficial to
us. Some examples of natural resources are Air, Animals,
Coal, Minerals, Natural Gas, Oil, Plants, Sunlight, Water.

Different type of use land
resource
 Land resources can be taken to mean the resources available from
the land. The agricultural land which contain natural fertilliser for
growth of the products sown; the under ground water, the various
minerais like coal, bouxite, gold and other raw materials. The more
a country is able to locate and use the raw materials, the more the
industrialisation of that country, area etc. In a wider sense, land
resource can also mean the land available for exploitation, like non
agricuntural lands for buildings, developing town Ships etc.
How to use land in urban and
rural area.
 The world’s urban population in 1950 of
just 746 million has soared in the decades
since. In 2009, the number of people living
in urban area [3.42billion] surpassed the
number living in rural areas[3.41billion]
and since them the world has become
more urban than rural.
Make a list of land
degradation.
 Land degradation is a process in which the value of the
biophysical environment is affected by a combination of
human-induced processes acting upon the land. Also
environmental degradation is the gradul destrucition of
the quality and quantity of human activities animals
activities or natural means example water causes soil
crosion wind etc. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Land_degradation
Reason of land degradation.
 Soil erosion
 Lass of soil fertility
 Soil structure change
 Salinisation
 Soil pollution
 Desertification
 Loss of vegetation cover
 Introduced herbivores such as rabbits and goats
 Increases of populations of native herbivores such
as kangaroos
 Overuse of irrigation water.

How to protect land degradation
 5 ways to reduce land begradation gardening
 Responsible industrial and chemical
 Afforestation and reforestation
 Conservation tillage
 Constructing wind breakers
 Using fertilizers
 Waste management
 Key takeway.

What will happened not
protecting land degradation
 Loss of natural fertility of soil because of loss of
nutrients
 Less vegetation cover
 Changes in the characteristic
 Pollution of water resources from the
contamination of soil through which water sweeps
into ground or run of to the water bodies
 Change in climatic canditions because of un
balanced creafed in the environment
