This document outlines a photographers project for a course. Students will explore techniques in workshops then choose one of four briefs: People, Narrative and Sequence, Assemblage, or The Environment. Each brief provides a theme and instructions to create a body of work through development pieces and a final ambitious piece. Related photographers are listed under each brief to provide inspiration. The final brief is Documentary which also provides a theme and instructions for the project.

For your next unit of coursework you will be looking closely at the work of one
Photographer (of your choice) and creating work in response to their images.
To begin with you will all be exploring techniques in various workshops.
Then you will choose from one of the four briefs to complete the rest of the
project on your own
