Ratio 1:35 Have 190 515, according to EMIS Grade 1’s with I/S = 213 938 (including repeaters -5%) Have 122 829 grade R learners. Verified that there are 203 schools having 3/more grade 1 classes but less than 2 grade r classes – 203 x 30 = 6090 = depending on infra-structure!
